Can you quickly name your top ten clients?
What do they get out of working with you that your other clients don’t?
What do they tell their friends about you?
Take 5 minutes today to write down (or find out) who they are.
Take five more minutes each day for the rest of the week to write down what kind of experience YOU could be providing them in 5 years that would justify a 5x higher fee.
Write it in the present tense. “I only work with 10 clients and here’s what I do for them. . . ”
Share that experience with two people that can develop a plan to make it happen.
If your devil’s advocate asks you if you’re really capable of delivering that level of service or having clients that can afford it, than you better take an hour and make a list of your top 50.
